DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our service

• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the removed material and its previous location

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake

• Your name, address, and telephone number

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district

Repeat Infringers

MyAsiaMatch maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A user who has been found to repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their account terminated at our discretion.
